How do I find out prices?
You can request a quote by email, or by filling out the form here, and we will reach out to you.
How long does it take to edit a document?
Many factors can affect the speed at which our editors can work. After seeing a sample text, our editors will let you know what time scales are possible.
What if I have further editing required after my document is completed?
Our editors are with you until your due date. All concerns and changes will be considered and our editors will advise on changes. However, a full read-through of the entire document will be charged at a small fee.
I don’t like the logo you designed. What happens now?
All design services include consultations and personalised content, with two revision rounds before approval of any design. If you do not like your design after both revision rounds, additional revisions can be done at a small fee.
Does it count as plagiarism to have an editor make changes on my dissertation/thesis/article?
No, editing services are not considered plagiarism. Our editors are experienced with editing (and writing) academic texts, and we ensure that our changes and suggestions are limited to grammar, language, phrasing, structure, referencing and format. No changes are suggested that constitute substantive, logical or argumentative changes. All changes are suggested with track changes, and are used at your discretion.
I’m in Pofadder (or some other obscure place), how will everything work?
Zebrah works remotely and can complete all services online. We will communicate primarily by email, WhatsApp and Google Meet, as necessary. Wherever you are in the world, Zebrah can tell your story.
I want to use multiple services that you offer. What packages do you offer?
Zebrah believes in personalised service, so any services you need can be custom built into a package for you.
When do I pay?
A deposit will need to be paid before we begin on your project. This will be included in the quote and payment details. The remainder of the fee is due once your service is completed and approved by you.
What languages do you work in?
All services are offered only in English at this point.
